Putrajaya Visit and Lake Cruise Tour from Kuala LumpurA professional driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and take you on a 4-hour tour of Putrajaya, the administrative center of Malaysia. Putrajaya was named after Malaysia’s first prime minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra. You’ll enjoy a scenic 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya. The first stop on the tour will be at Taman Warisan Agricultural Heritage Park, which is a living museum of fruit, rubber, cocoa, palm oil, herbs, and more. Here, you’ll witness a demonstration of the rubber manufacturing process from tapping the tree.
You’ll then visit Putrajaya’s famous landmarks, including the pink-domed Putra Mosque, fashioned from rose granite and rising 250 feet into the air. This mosque is one of the tallest landmarks in the region. After that, you’ll see Perdana Putra, which is the prime minister’s office and is known as the White House of Malaysia. It is home to several key government agencies. Before heading back to your drop off point, you’ll pass by the Sepang Formula 1 Race Circuit, which is widely recognized as one of the top circuits on earth.
